The short version

This website is run by Shri Pauhari Baba Temple, Saraiya Ratnave, Azamgarh. It does not have user accounts, and it does not keep a database of visitors. When you send us a message, it goes to us on WhatsApp, and we use it only to reply to you.

What you share with us

The contact form and the volunteer sign-up form ask for details such as your name, your phone number or email, the reason you are writing, and your message.

These forms do not send your details to our website's server. When you press the send button, your browser opens WhatsApp with your message already written, and you choose whether to send it. Once you send it, WhatsApp handles it under its own privacy policy.

How we use your message

We use what you send only to answer your question, plan your visit, or follow up on your wish to volunteer or contribute. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside the temple team.

Volunteer contact details on this site

Some volunteers' names, photos and phone numbers are shown on the volunteer page so that visitors can reach them. They are published only with the volunteer's consent. A volunteer can ask us at any time to change or remove their details.

Other services this site uses

To work and look the way it does, the site loads some things from other companies. These companies may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when the page loads, and they have their own privacy policies.

• Google Fonts for the text styles on the pages.
• Google Maps for the map on the contact page. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
• Tailwind CSS, loaded from a public content network, for the page design.
• WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube when you follow a link to them. Once you leave our site, their policies apply.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run our own analytics or tracking tools on this site. The only cookies you may meet come from the third-party services listed above, such as the embedded map. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

If you have sent us a message and want it deleted, or you want to correct or remove your details from the volunteer page, message us on WhatsApp and we will do it as soon as we can.

Changes to this page

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
